PLEIS-NB offers a toll-free family law information line in both French and English.

We give legal information about family law and related services in New Brunswick. This includes general information about legal rules, terms, and court procedures. We cover topics like divorce, parenting time, decision-making responsibility, child support, spousal support, support enforcement, domestic violence, and more.

We do not provide legal advice over the Family Law Information Line. If you need specific legal advice about your situation, please contact a lawyer.
