Divorce Forms

Below you will find an overview of many of the forms and documents necessary to handle your own divorce. In the “Examples” column you can find links to examples of filled-out versions these forms and documents. This information is meant to offer general information on the forms and procedure related to family court applications, and not meant as a comment on any individual’s specific situation, nor as legal advice.

For information on how to complete forms and documents for an uncontested divorce, carefully review the guide “Doing Your Own Divorce in New Brunswick”. The table below identifies various forms and documents used in many divorce proceedings, and provides examples of each of them already completed. Be sure to read the instructions on printing or obtaining forms.
